“Daisy!
Daisy!
Daisy!”
shouted Mrs. Wilson!
“I’ll say it whenever I want to!
Daisy! Dai ——”
Making a short deft movement,
Tom Buchanan broke her nose
with his open hand.
Then there were bloody towels
upon the bath-room floor
, and women’s voices scolding
, and high over the confusion
a long broken wail of pain.

I like this part of the book because this were it gets interesting, and very bloody at the same time! haha wise choice!
ReplyDelete@ alek this is why i choose this part
Deleteyour blog is very good the only thing I would change is the size of the passage. The picture is awsome
ReplyDelete@ zeke thanks but it is only like three sentences but in those three sentences a lot happens its a very big part
DeleteI like how the second stanza introduced the slap so it made it appear as it were not a big deal, but the third points out how bad it actually was.
ReplyDelete@ alex thats what i was aiming for thats my favorite part of the book so far
DeleteI like how you started with the words so that the cause of the slap would be shown. Next time you maybe you should add more words?
ReplyDelete@ micheal its only three lines but ill work on it next time
